Sixteen bands have signed up for the Fife Brass Band Festival on Saturday 27 April in the Carnegie Hall, Dunfermline. The contest, which starts at 9.30am, will see each band will play an own-choice entertainment programme of up to 20 minutes, which must include a solo item.
