The Band of the Royal Air Force College delighted a Harrogate audience on a crisp October night, bringing together the band with quality soloists, as well as vocalists Squadron Leader Matthew Little and Sarah Francis, making her debut with the band.

In aid of the RAF Charitable Trust Enterprises, this annual UK tour sadly marks a swansong for the conductor and Principal Director of Music for the Royal Air Force since 2009 - Wing Commander Duncan Stubbs.

Such concert tours underpin just why, by the time he retires next March, Wing Commander Stubbs will have held his position at the helm of Royal Air Force Music Services for eight years...
