Kingsley Brass Launch

Kingsley Brass is a newly established brass band based in Gloucestershire that is inviting new members now. The ensemble is led by Paul McLaughlin, Youth Brass Development Specialist from Brass Bands England, and members of The Flowers Band. All instruments are welcome, from beginners upwards, to join this exciting new ensemble.

The first rehearsal will take place on Thursday 11 April at Barbican House, home of Gloucestershire Academy of Music and The Flowers Band. Rehearsals are scheduled to last 1 hour on a Thursday evening 5 - 6pm. This new adventure is completely free to be in and there is no joining or membership fee.

The ensemble aims to provide an opportunity for young musicians to learn within a group setting, with plenty of experienced musicians on hand to offer guidance and support. Kingsley Brass is generously funded through the Simon Kingsley Memorial Fund.
