LBBA Annual Contest Results

Congratulations to all involved in the Leicestershire Brass Band Association Annual Contest last weekend. Particular credit is owed to the bands that topped their respective sections: Sandhurst Silver, Hatfield & Askern Colliery, Raunds Temperance Band, Ratby Co-operative and Thapston Town. Commenting on the success of the day, LBBA Secretary Adam Whittle stated. “My thanks, as always to the controller of the Eadon Hall, Mick Veasey and my sincere thanks to all of the volunteers, committee and site staff who have worked so hard to keep things running smoothly for you today. We do this for the benefit of all and are proud to present such a quality contest. Thank you to our supporters, bands people and sponsors for your continued support. I hope to welcome you again for an even bigger and better 2024! Many congratulations to the winners. Commiserations to the less successful, but well done to you all.”
