Austrian National Champion: Oberosterreich 

Congratulations to Brass Band Oberosterreich and conductor Gunther Reisegger on successfully defending its Austrian National Championship title. Already qualified for the event in Palanga in 2024, the impressive fourth win in five years also sees the band invited to the European Championships in Stavanger in 2025.

The band’s triumphant performance of 'The World Rejoicing' by Edward Gregson to an adjudicating panel that included the composer, along with an equally high quality own choice selection gave the band a clear 5-point margin of victory over runners-up RET Brass Band. Brass Band Fröschl Hall completed the prizes, finishing in third.
