Stratford joins Geneva

Geneva Instruments has welcomed Ben Stratford, Principal Baritone at Tredegar Town Band, as a new Performance and Development Artist. Born into a brass banding family, Ben started playing a brass instrument at the age of 6 in the Forest of Dean with the Parkend Silver Band.

Moving to the present day, Ben has held the Solo Baritone at Tredegar Town Band for the last 5 years. He has performed in many of the leading venues in the UK, including two BBC Proms with Tredegar Town Band, one of which saw him alongside the BBC National Orchestra of Wales in a partnership for Gavin Higgin’s award-winning work for Orchestra and Brass Band, ‘Concerto Grosso’.

Ben is a Performance and Development artist for Geneva playing on a Geneva Cardinal Baritone.
