Three for Free in Yorkshire

 

The National Universities Brass Band meet again this summer, under the musical direction of Dr David Thornton, to give a trio of free performances. The 45-strong band, now in its third year, is made up of 18-25 year olds from across the UK, with students representing 15 different universities. The band will prepare for its appearances in Dewsbury, Chapeltown and Sheffield with a week of rehearsals and workshops at the UniBrass Band Camp.

Concert Performances:
Dewsbury Market - Saturday 26th August - 1.00pm

Chapeltown — Newton Chambers Memorial Hall - Sunday 27th August - 3.30pm

Sheffield Cathedral - Monday 28th August - 3.00pm
