Fairey on Sky Arts

Fairey Band can be seen and heard on the Sky Arts TV Channel in the lead up to Christmas following the band’s recent appearance on the British Pottery Throwdown programme.

Fairey recorded A Brass Band Wonderland programme at the famous Peak Cavern caves in Castleton, Derbyshire, where it was joined by Hackney Colliery Band with celebrity presenters and performers, including singer Russell Watson, singer/songwriter Andreya Triana, boy band Collabro and comedian Jason Manford, who not only hosted the show, but also sang a couple of festive numbers. White Christmas, Christmas Song and Sleigh Ride are amongst favourites being aired on Sky Arts in December.
