City of Bradford Win at Wychavon

 

City of Bradford were convincing winners at the Wychavon Festival of Brass at the weekend. Under the direction of Jonathan Bates the Yorkshire band impressed adjudicator Philip Harper with their ‘War of the Worlds’ inspired entertainment set. Wantage Band and Enderby completed the podium positions in the Championship Section contest. There were als wins for Haydock, BD1 Brass, Ratby Coop Mid and Cross Keys Silver in their respective sections.
