Russell Gray to Conduct Stavanger

Stavanger Brass Band has announced that Russell Gray has signed a contract to be the band’s conductor. It has now been more than 20 years since they were first acquainted with a spokesperson from the band stating, “Now we are very much looking forward to welcoming Russell back as he takes the big step of moving to Stavanger to work with us and our Chief Conductor Allan Withington. Russell will be a great resource for us in the important season ahead of us, including the European Championships in Malmö next year. We look forward to an exciting collaboration and are looking forward to playing for people again!”
