B&R collaborate with Sunderland Millfield SA

Sunderland Millfield Young People’s Band have been missing its weekly rehearsals and decided to perform virtually instead, but with some very special guests. Hannah Robson, the Y.P. Band Leader organised a collaborative project for the band with none other than the Brighouse & Rastrick Band.

A spokesperson from the band commented, “During this time we have been unable to meet and play our music together. We are extremely grateful to the world-renowned Brighouse and Rastrick Band for giving us the exciting opportunity to play together virtually! This is a unique experience and one we’ll remember.

“A big thank you to Hannah Robson, the Y.P Band leader for organising this great project. Thanks also to Keith Johnson of KMJ Recordings for mixing the track together and to Daniel Robson for putting the video together. Also, a big thank you to David Edmonds for allowing us to use your arrangement.
