Fine Music On-Line in Australia

Owing to the cancellation of the 2020 Australian National Band Championships in Perth a new on-line competition has been created that will hopefully attract the very finest brass and woodwind competitors.

The event, 'Fine Music Online Championships', is being organised by Michael Jongebloed in Hawthorn, Victoria and linked to Tim Kelly at Brassbanned.com Competitors are asked to video a performance of the set repertoire that would have been used at the National Championships. A panel of adjudicators will critique each performance and decide on the winner of each section. Videos of all entries will be streamed on the Brassbanned.com website for the whole world to see.
