2018 Queensland State Championships

South Brisbane Federal Band under the direction of British ex-pat, Tom Paulin scooped the spoils at the recent Queensland State Championships, held in Brisbane, Australia. The band won three of the four components, only being beaten by the runners-up, Brisbane Brass, in the Own Choice. Sunnybank Brass was victorious in the B section with Cairns Brass Youth Band winning the C grade.
