A4 Brass Quartet announce 2018 Summer Tour

After a very successful year completing the Royal Northern College of Music International Artist Diploma in Chamber Music, the quartet’s attention will soon turn to preparations for a busy summer schedule.

The first stop will be a residency at the Lieksa Brass Week in Finland (20-26th July) where they will perform two concerts at the Lieksa Cultural Centre. This will be followed by a couple of days' ensemble coaching as well as a Children's concert featuring music from around the world.

The quartet then look forward to returning to the brilliant Trakai Fanfare Week in Lithuania with Arvydas Mišeikis (31st July-4th August) where they will also be making an appearance at the Dudu Vasara Festival, before travelling directly to Switzerland for a private concert in the castle overlooking Lake Sempach for friends of Ursula Jones on 5th August. The following day the group will travel south to Lugano ready to perform in the Ceresio Estate Festival (7th August) before returning back to the UK for a well-deserved rest.
