UniBrass 2018 

2018 marked a 'hat-trick' of wins for the RNCM brass band in the UniBrass Trophy contest. The 'Manchester' themed programme under the direction of student M.D. Alex Webb gave the band a four-point victory over runners-up Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, with the University of Huddersfield taking third place. 

The University of Bristol also had a convincing three-point win over their Northern rivals from Leeds University Union Music Society in the UniBrass Shield, with the University of Chichester making up the top three placings.
