Rath Trombones join the Premiership 

Rath Trombones has won, a Shooting Star award from their local Premiership football team, Huddersfield Town Football Club. 

The football club are no strangers to brass, with 'Terrier Brass' performing regularly at the John Smith's Stadium. Local company, Rath Trombones have now also been recognised for their excellence.  
Mick Rath, Managing Director of Rath Trombones commented: "It's wonderful to be recognised by Huddersfield Town for our efforts."

Chris Lee, Managing Director at Lucas Lee & Partners who are the partners with the football club in the scheme added: "Rath Trombones is yet another Huddersfield hidden gem. It's fantastic to see their work going worldwide.  Being the only UK based trombone maker and to be based in Huddersfield is just another great reason we should be promoting the town and what it has on offer." 

John Williams, Huddersfield Town FC Commercial Manager added: "The work Mick and the team do is amazing, and their craftsmanship is renowned for its excellence. This is the reason we run the Shooting Stars Award in association with Lucas Lee & Partners to discover companies based in our region that like the football team, put Huddersfield on the map."
