RNCM Young Tubas Resumes

After a successful first year, Royal Northern College of Music Young Tubas resumes on Sunday 8th October, led by tuba virtuoso and RNCM tutor, Les Neish and RNCM student, Conall Gormley. These free sessions are always good fun and include ensemble and solo playing, plus the chance to ask any brass related questions you may have!

The workshops are for all tuba players of school age, from beginners to post grade 8; there will be something to inspire and challenge everyone. It's a chance to meet other tuba players and receive expert advice on all aspects of playing. The sessions are participatory so plenty of playing is to be expected. Topics covered will include breathing, warm ups and solo playing as well as the opportunity to play in small ensembles.

The workshops will take place from 10am – 1pm at the RNCM on the following dates:
Sunday 8 October 2017
Sunday 19 November 2017
Sunday 7 January 2018
Sunday 4 March 2018
Sunday 20 May 2018
Sunday 24 June 2018
