Everyone thoroughly enjoyed this rare opportunity."
George, who had arrived in the country that day fresh from a European tour with Phil Collins shared tips on techniques for effective practice, musical shapes and ideas on improvisation before the session ended with all students joining him in an impromptu blues improvisation session. Meanwhile, Allen began his class with an astonishing rendition of 'Carnival of Venice' before working with students on repertoire ranging from the Haydn 'Trumpet Concerto' to Vizzutti's own composition, 'Funk'.
