Plastic band helps disability charity

A brand new plastic brass band hopes to raise funds for a great charitable cause. It is for a one-off event later this year, where the band will perform an hour of 'plastic music' to help raise funds for the disability charity MK CIL.

Organiser Chris Johnston commented on the venture: "We hope this unique band will be able to raise funds for such a worthwhile cause — and have plenty of fun in the process. We have a crowdfunding page and Plastic Brass T shirts for sale so all profits go to the charity. Disabled people across the UK need help and are getting lost in our society, so I would like to see if we can help them in anyway we can!"

The event takes place at Queens Court, Milton Keynes on the 27th May between 1.00pm-2.00pm. To find out more about offering your help get in touch with Chris Johnston at: brassbandradio@gmail.com or visit: www.plasticbrass.co.uk
