Centre Band: Christmas with Nidaros

Nidaros Band in Norway, which has just launched a new Christmas CD based on its annual festive concerts, was founded in 2003 by some brass band enthusiasts who had played in Championship Section level bands 20-30 years ago, but who wanted a rehearsal schedule that was compatible with busy lifestyles. The band has only ever, therefore, met every other Sunday and because of that believes that it has sustained a stable membership.
